Girls Galveston Weekend

Yes, it was that time again (finally)....it was Sister's Inc. weekend!!!!! It started off with Dallas coming to Cypress on Friday night, we had dinner with Jayne and hung out. On Saturday morning, we packed up and picked Tabitha and Ashley up at the airport. We then drove to Galveston for some fun in the sun.
We stayed at the San Luis hotel. Tabitha's sister and her friends get together here every year and we decided to join in this year.
We laid out, ate lunch by the pool, swam a little (to cool off), and got some sun.
We later went to Olympia's to eat dinner. This was a Greek/seafood restaurant. It was pretty good. We then hit up the night scene. Not sure where we ended up at, but we had a great time! We wanted a place where we could hear some music and dance...just like the good 'ol days! :)

Thanks for a great weekend girls. It never fails...we always have a unforgettable time.
I love y'all!!! Where to next? :)

Another Late Night

Floyd's fashion statement that Gabe wanted to be a part of. Hilarious.

While in Corpus, we got to have yet another epic night with some friends. We went to Cassidy's and then followed up at Uncle Tony's again. All I can say is that there is never a dull moment!

Kelly's Baby Shower

For the weekend, we went to Corpus for Kelly's baby shower. We drove down on Friday (after the garage sale- yes, I know, I'm crazy. But I did make about $200). We had dinner at Uncle Tony's restaurant (mmmm, love their shrimp tacos!) and then went home to rest up for the shower on Saturday.
The shower was a huge success! We had lots of food and goodies, the games were fun, Kelly got lots of good stuff for Baby Kaleb, and we got to visit with lots of family and friends. And I was lucky to have some adult only time. Both Zach and Sophie went with Daddy and Papo for the afternoon. They hung out with Cousin Lauren at her house.

The theme of the shower was moons and stars and the decorations/balloons were so cute.

The cake.

The spread.

Now that is a pasta salad!! :)

Playing the games.

Play Ball!!

Beautiful Minute Maid Park. We really didn't have anything to do on Sunday, so we decided to have a family day at the ballpark. It was a pretty day, the roof was open and we were ready for some Astro action! :)

The kids were excited to go. We were all sportin' our Astro t-shirts and hoping they would pull off a win for us.

Thank goodness the row behind us was empty...Sophie wanted to roam around by the 6th inning, and we can only keep the girl occupied with food for so long! Hahaha!

This is how Zach reacted once the sun started to shine on us. "It's sooo hot! I want ice cream. I want cotton candy. I want something to drink." This is what we heard for a while. I think he was just getting tired too.

And sure enough...they were out as soon as we started driving home! Notice the candy in hand. LOL!

Unfortunately the Astros didn't pull off the win for us, but we still had a good time!

Chi Omega Mini Reunion

A few of us 'local' Chi Omegas met up at the Bull & Bear Tavern for dinner and drinks. It was great to see everyone that came. It had definitely been a long, long time...too long!

Happy Easter!

What did the Easter Bunny leave for us???

Movies, candy...

Eggs...

Sophie got new Minnie Mouse panties and decided to lay them out on the floor.

Sophie found all of her eggs in the kitchen. She didn't need any help from Mommy, Daddy, or Zach.

After finding eggs and eating breakfast, we got dressed for church. After church we went to Aunt Sandra's house for our Easter lunch. Can you believe that I forgot to take a picture of us in our Sunday best? Oh my gosh!
